Custom Orders

We love bringing new ideas to life and are honored you’re considering Merriment Creations for your custom project!  Please note the following guidelines before submitting your request.

To ensure every order meets our standards and respects the work of others, please keep the following in mind:

• Intellectual Property: We cannot create products that use copyrighted, trademarked, or licensed artwork, logos, characters, or other intellectual property  If your idea is inspired by a particular theme, we’re happy to work with you to create an original design that captures the same spirit.
• Equipment & Materials: While we’d love to say yes to every idea, some projects may not be possible with our equipment, materials, or production methods. If that’s the case, we’ll gladly suggest alternative designs or approaches that achieve a similar look or feel.
• Our Brand & Values: We reserve the right to decline projects that aren’t a good fit for our brand, values, or craftsmanship standards. If we’re unable to accept your request, we’ll always do our best to explain why and, when appropriate, suggest an alternative direction.
• Pricing: Custom projects may require additional design time or expedited production. When applicable, a design fee and/or rush fee will be included in your quote.
• Quotes & Payment: Before any design work or production begins, you’ll receive a complete quote outlining the project details and pricing. Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee acceptance of a custom order. We’ll carefully review your request and let you know if it’s something we’re able to create.
