Shipping Policies

At Merriment Creations, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, please allow a little time for us to create your order before it ships.

Processing Time

Most orders are made and ready to ship within 1–3 business days.

If your order includes personalized or custom items, additional processing time may be required. If so, we’ll communicate that with you as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more.

For orders under $75, standard shipping is a flat rate of $6, regardless of the number of items in your order.

Every order is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely.

We select the shipping carrier that provides the best combination of reliability, service, and value based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected for your order.

While we do our best to process and ship orders promptly, transit times are outside of our control and may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us. We’re happy to help you locate your shipment and work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue whenever possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of both the item and its packaging. We’ll work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.
